Here, you provide strategic guidance around both future-looking contract and pricing decisions and management of current obligations, managing the multi-billion-dollar Gross-to-Net P&L item. Support the US Gross to Net Team on all aspects of finance business partnering and provide financial assistance to the business units (BUs). Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years’ financial partnering experience Demonstrated financial knowledge and experience including analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning and decision making
Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Excellent influencing and engagement skills. Ability to engage senior stakeholders and challenge based on expertise and personal credibility Experience working in a business advisory environment – analyzing complex data and clearly presenting insights and complex financial information in a simple and compelling way to non-finance audiences Demonstrated ability to analyze and compare complex data from multiple sources Strong problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to determine and communicate the legal, financial and ethical interpretation of industry regulated principles Experience working in matrix organizations and complex change management projects. MBA, preferably in Management, Finance, Strategy, or Accounting. Understanding of the US Pharmaceutical Industry Access and reimbursement, Brand launches, Classic/established brand management, Loss of exclusivity management experience, and/or Experience supporting vaccines, small molecule, or large molecule products
6+ years financial partnering experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry, especially within the GSK/ViiV’s portfolio’s therapy areas Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)
