Inventory Coordinator - Erlanger, KY
Inventory Coordinator, Erlanger, KY
This is an hourly level position.
Position Summary: - The inventory coordinator position is responsible for in-depth investigation of missing material, inventory variances, location reconciliations, product label changes, executing workflows, and other surrounding inventory tasks.
Job Responsibilities:- Actively researching and maintaining “Cycle” locations
- Tracking lost material utilizing AS400 and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Tracking label changes/workflows in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Research and identify inventory balance issues
- Run Empty location reports
- Responsible for assigned weekly and monthly product counts
- Follow ISO instructions
- Change Item workflow’s
- Contribute to team effort by performing other duties and assignments as required
- Semi-frequent travel between Erlanger facilities
- Periodically perform cycle count duties if required
Job Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate math calculations
- Microsoft Excel/Office tools
- Very High level of attention to detail
- Ability to adapt, multitask and effectively communicate
- Fork Truck/Standup/Cherry picker experience
- Willingness to travel between local Erlanger facilities (20-25%)
Physical Demands:- Standing
- Walking
- Lifting – an average of 50lbs
- Potential for respirator use
- Stand Up and Cherry picker fork truck use
