We strive to create a positive and fun atmosphere where our Team Members feel valued and are enthusiastic about the contributions they make to the success of Leslie's.</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>This role is part of the E-Commerce/Auditor team and supports daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, auditing, and staging e-commerce orders. Team members may rotate throughout the warehouse based on business needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong><br /><strong>Sunday – Friday |</strong> Day Shift<br /><strong>Overtime </strong>may be<strong> required</strong> during <strong>peak</strong> <strong>and holiday seasons.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Accurately pick, pack, and stage e-commerce orders</li><li>Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals</li><li>Verify item counts, SKUs, and locations prior to order completion</li><li>Perform basic auditing and quality checks on completed orders</li><li>Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement</li><li>Follow established pick paths and location sequencing for efficiency</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li>Report damaged product or inventory discrepancies</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and company policies</li></ul><p><strong>Pay: $18.50/ Hourly </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Ability to read, count accurately, perform basic math, and write legibly</li><li>Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods</li><li>Strong ability to follow instructions and work efficiently</li><li>Computer and RF scanner familiarity preferred</li><li>Minimum of six months of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly</li><li>Willingness to work weekends during peak season (Saturday or Sunday as needed)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Reliable with strong time-management skills</li><li>Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures</li></ul><p><strong>Leslie’s recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people. </strong> Leslie’s is proud to have a culture of inclusion that seeks to celebrate and embrace the different backgrounds and perspectives that help drive our success and support team members in developing and growing with us.
