Seasonal Packaging Associate

Key duties include stacking, labeling, and wrapping pallets on the production line, as well as keeping the production area clean and organized.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Equipment: Report any equipment needing repair or maintenance to your lead or supervisor immediately.</li><li>Inventory: Assist with physical inventories as needed.</li><li>Safety, Sanitation & Security: Maintain a clean, orderly work area and support the security of the distribution center. Assist with building, grounds, and equipment maintenance. Follow all safety procedures in compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards.</li><li>Operations: Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs</li><li>Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team</li><li>High school diploma preferred</li><li>Must pass a drug screen</li></ul><p><strong></strong><strong>Leslie’s recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people.</strong> Leslie's is committed to developing and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion within our company and the communities we serve.
