This role collaborates with distributors and internal teams to ensure accurate inventory levels, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage inventory operations for the Innovative Medicine portfolio, including planning, order processing, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.</p></li><li><p>Support operational improvement projects by analyzing processes, identifying opportunities, and coordinating with supply chain and commercial teams.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong relationships with Commercial Trade Relations and Customers to ensure alignment and address evolving priorities effectively.</p></li><li><p>Support issue resolution by conducting preliminary root cause analysis, coordinating corrective actions, and supporting responses to unexpected events such as product shortages or disruptions.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate analytical competencies to develop dashboards, identify trends, and generate insights</p></li><li><p>Deliver excellent customer service by proactively addressing inquiries and supporting enhancements to the overall customer experience.</p></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree required; advanced degree and/or focused degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations preferred</p></li></ul><p><b>Experience and Skills:</b></p><p><b>Required: </b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience</p></li><li><p>Proven data analytics experience to successfully organize, analyze, and interpret data to find opportunities and influence business operations</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)</p></li><li><p>SAP or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems knowledge</p></li><li><p>Proven initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and leadership skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to think strategically and implement solutions</p></li></ul><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrated customer-centric mentality or customer-facing experience, including strong collaboration and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Supply Chain knowledge, including Order Management, Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics</p></li><li><p>Planning experience</p></li><li><p>Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry</p></li></ul><p><b>Other:</b></p><ul><li><p>Requires up to 15% domestic travel</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p>For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit <a href="http://www.careers.jnj.com" target="_blank">www.careers.jnj.com</a>.]</p><p></p><p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
