Our team of certified technicians, water care specialists, and customer service representatives excel in providing unparalleled post-purchase assistance, setting a benchmark in the industry.</span></p><p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p>A Customer Service Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of service at every interaction. Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, and handling POS sales<strong>.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently</p></li><li><p>Manage scheduling and appointment coordination</p></li><li><p>Communicate with internal and external customers via email</p></li><li><p>Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and purchases</p></li><li><p>Verify and confirm new spa orders</p></li><li><p>Process spa warranty claims accurately</p></li><li><p>Perform daily audits to ensure accuracy and compliance</p></li><li><p>Process e-store orders promptly</p></li><li><p>Close and invoice service orders</p></li><li><p>Review and manage open orders</p></li><li><p>Process WSC parts requests</p></li><li><p>Maintain general office cleanliness and organization</p></li><li><p>Perform other duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or GED required</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook</p></li><li><p>1–3 years of experience in telephone-based customer service</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Ability to efficiently navigate multi-screen CRM systems</p></li><li><p>Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks</p></li><li><p>Flexible and able to work varying schedules based on business needs</p></li><li><p>Dependable, motivated, and self-directed</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills</p></li><li><p>Strong customer service focus</p></li><li><p>Technologically savvy with comfort using computers and various software</p></li></ul><p><strong>Pay: $22.00 - $27.00</strong></p><p><strong><span>Leslie’s recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people. </span></strong>Leslie’s is proud to have a culture of inclusion that seeks to celebrate and embrace the different backgrounds and perspectives that help drive our success and support team members in developing and growing with us.
